Help / Create a multiple choice quiz

Multiple-choice with a single response

Single-choice is a multiple-choice question (MCQ) where respondents select only one correct answer from a list of options.

The single-choice format is frequently used for educational testing, pub quizzes, aptitude tests, yes-or-no quizzes and more.

With FlexiQuiz, you can also make a multiple-choice quiz where respondents can pick more than one answer from a list of options. Check out our multiple-choice guide for more information.

  10. From here, you can also select the questions' settings, such as making it required, randomizing answer options, sharing feedback or adding it to your question bank.
  11. When you are ready to add the question to your quiz, press Save. You can come back to edit the question at any time.
  12. Configure, style and publish your quiz.

All single-choice questions are instantly marked and scored by FlexiQuiz when a respondent submits their quiz. The results are available in real-time on your Analyze screen.

Ways to display your question

The standard format is vertical. This means that the answer options are listed below the question.

You can also show the question in a horizontal format. This means that the answer options are listed next to the question. You can set this format on the Configure screen.
