Billing and Payments
Please note that account Administrators can only manage billing and payments.
We offer a free plan with limited quiz-making features or a choice of paid subscription plans - Essentials, Premium, and Enterprise. You can choose the most suitable plan based on your requirements.
When you subscribe to a paid plan this is the start of your billing cycle.
For your convenience, FlexiQuiz paid subscription plans automatically renew when your chosen billing period ends (monthly or yearly). Your credit card is charged automatically on the first day of the new billing cycle. If you opt for monthly, your card is charged every month. If you opt for yearly, your card is charged every 12 months.
FlexiQuiz account ownership
The account owner is the main Administrator.
On a paid plan, the main Administrator is responsible for any payments.
If the main Admin leaves the business, an account Administrator can change the owner. This guide gives you more information on updating the main Administrator.
The main Administrator's details must be held correctly to avoid disrupting your service. Our customer support team can only respond to queries about the account to validated Administrators.
Important! To ensure we are talking to the right person and the account's security, our customer support team will ensure your email address matches the email address on the Administrators account. If your email address does not match the details on the Administrator account, our customer support team cannot answer queries about the account.
You can cancel auto-renew at any time
To cancel your FlexiQuiz plan:
- Login to your FlexiQuiz account
- Select Settings from the top menu
- On the Settings/ General screen is a button to cancel your plan
- Press Cancel plan
After you cancel, you will have access to all your paid features until your next billing date.
Your account will downgrade to the free plan on your next billing date, and you no longer have access to the paid features. For example:
- Quizzes are saved, but you will not be able to share content that includes paid features such as images, video, or audio.
- Any additional Administrator or Trainer accounts are suspended.
- You no longer have access to data of more than 20 responses.
- You no longer receive email notifications.
- All Groups are suspended.
- We may delete all of your response data after one month. The response data is the information displayed on the Analyze and Results screens.

Your existing quizzes are saved and available if you decide to upgrade within 3 months.
Accepted payment methods
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Diners Club, Union Pay, Carte Bleue; you can also purchase any FlexiQuiz plan with PayPal.
We can only issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check for Premium and Enterprise yearly subscriptions. Please get in touch with us to arrange an invoice.
Monthly subscriptions must be paid by credit card or PayPal.
How to change your billing information
The main Administrator can update the billing details.
- Login to your FlexiQuiz account and select Settings from the top menu.
- Press the button to update payment details.
- You will need to enter your new card details.
Changing receipt or invoice details
We automatically send receipts to the address of the main Administrator. We cannot send the receipt to another email address.
The main account Admin details must be kept updated. If the main Admin leaves the business or changes roles, an Admin can edit the FlexiQuiz account owner.
Currency billing options
All our plans are billed in US Dollars (USD).
If you are an Indian cardholder, we can accept INR. Please get in touch with us for more information.
Adding VAT to your invoice
The main Admin can get in touch with us. Please include your username, VAT number, and company name.
Once we have this information, an invoice can be issued for future transactions.
