With FlexiQuiz, there are several ways to reset or change your password depending on your account type and if you have provided an email address.
Important! To keep your account secure, please remember not to share your password with anyone else.
This guide shows you how to reset or change your password based on your situation.
This section shows you how to reset your password if your username is the same as your email address. If your username is not your email address, you will need to speak to your main account Admin to update your password.
You are sent an email with a unique link to update your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Your password is instantly updated. You can log in to your FlexiQuiz account with your username and new password.
If your username does not match your email address, you will need to contact your FlexiQuiz account admin or the person who asks you to take your tests.
The main Admin is generally the person within your organization who created your FlexiQuiz account for you.
The main Admin can reset your password from their user's screen.
Important! Respondents (test-takers) may not have access to a settings screen. Please get in touch with your account Admin or the person who asks you to take the quizzes.
A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the password is updated. The next time your login, you will need to use your new password.
