How to reset your FlexiQuiz password

You need your FlexiQuiz password to securely log in to your account, along with your unique username.

There may be times when you forget your password or wish to change your password to something more memorable.

With FlexiQuiz, there are several ways to reset or change your password depending on your account type and if you have provided an email address.

Important! To keep your account secure, please remember not to share your password with anyone else.

This guide shows you how to reset or change your password based on your situation.

  • I forgot the FlexiQuiz password; my username matches my email address.
  • I forgot the password; no email address was provided.
  • I would like to changing my existing password to something more memorable or for security reasons.

I forgot my password, and my username matches my email address

This section shows you how to reset your password if your username is the same as your email address. If your username is not your email address, you will need to speak to your main account Admin to update your password.

  1. From the FlexiQuiz home page, press Login
  2. Press Forgot password? button to reset flexiquiz password
  3. Enter your email address (this needs to be the same as your username.
  4. Press reset password Add your email address for a link to reset your flexiquiz password

    You are sent an email with a unique link to update your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.

  5. Click on the link and enter a secure new password.

    Your password is instantly updated. You can log in to your FlexiQuiz account with your username and new password.

I forgot my password, and my username is not linked to my email

If your username does not match your email address, you will need to contact your FlexiQuiz account admin or the person who asks you to take your tests.

The main Admin is generally the person within your organization who created your FlexiQuiz account for you.

The main Admin can reset your password from their user's screen.

I would like to update my password

This section shows you how to change your password when you're logged into your FlexiQuiz account.
  1. When you are logged into your FlexiQuiz account, press Settings on the top menu.

    Important! Respondents (test-takers) may not have access to a settings screen. Please get in touch with your account Admin or the person who asks you to take the quizzes.

  2. From your settings page, select password from the left-hand menu.
  3. Add your current password. flexiquiz password change screen
  4. Enter your new password and reconfirm.
  5. Press Change password.

A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the password is updated. The next time your login, you will need to use your new password.

Hints and tips!

If you have any issues logging in with your new password, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure your browser isn't storing outdated login information.
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Try a new browser or close and reopen your existing browser.
