RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR PERMANENT POSITIONS:
STEP 1: ✓ Submission of Application
Incomplete submission of requirements will not be included at the next hiring process.
STEP 2: ✓ Initial Qualifying Test (YOU ARE HERE)
After the IQT, you will be receiving either a Regret Letter or an Invitation for Technical Examination. Wait for further notice through your email and/or mobile number.
STEP 3: Initial Shortlisting of the Hiring Office
Only applicants who passed the initial aggregate rating set by the Hiring Office shall proceed to the next stages of the recruitment and selection process.
STEP 4: Technical Examination
Only applicants who passed the initial aggregate rating set by the Hiring Office shall proceed to the next stages of the recruitment and selection process.
STEP 5: Panel Interview
FROM STEP 1-5
Submission of the results of evaluation of applicants undertaken by the Hiring Office through a Resolution which will be endorsed to the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board for review, validation, and schedule of deliberation.
STEP 6: Background Investigation
Submission of updated PDS with Work Experience Sheet and five (5) character references with their contact number and email address.
STEP 7: Posting of Notice of Shortlist in the DSWD-CO Bulletins
STEP 8: Deliberation for the Vacant Position by the DSWD-Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB)
STEP 9: Endorsement of the Top Five (5) Applicants to the Appointing Authority
STEP 10: Issuance and Acknowledgement of Approved Appointment
STEP 11: Submission of Pre-Employment Requirements
