Instructions: The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) is a 10-item screening tool developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) to assess alcohol consumption, drinking behaviors, and alcohol-related problems. It is important to note that the AUDIT is only a screening test and cannot be used to diagnose a substance abuse disorder. Only your doctor can provide you with a diagnosis. High scores on this screening test indicate the need for further consultation with a trained health professional, such as a doctor, psychologist or addiction counsellor.
