Report: You will listen to a report by one speaker. It is usually about a social issue (crime, the environment)

 

Listening:  The report is between 3-4 minutes long.

 

Notes: You can take notes while you listen.

 

Questions: After the report, you will answer 6-multiple-choice questions. Choose the best answer for each question.

 

Question Time: You will have 4-minutes to answer all the questions.

 

Time: This sample is timed. Press play as soon as you start.

 

Score: At the end of the sample, you will receive an approximate CLB score based on how many questions you answer correctly.

 

Retake: You can retake the sample to improve your score.

 

Review Answers: You can review the answers and the test when you finish.
