Even more so, the government should 9 take over the propertiesprotect the financial institutionsput forth improved legislationcatch the fraudsters earlier  that would protect seniors from this type of crime by working together with all the 10 fraudulent criminalsnecessary authoritiessenior citizensfinancial institutions .
