Young Adult (Youth) Professional & Business Development Training 

Thank you for your interest in POC's national Young Adult Professional Development Training program designed to the build and advance underserved communities by providing future leaders with the resources they need to continue their education, land high demand careers, or become successful entrepreneurs.

To participate in this program you must be between the ages of 16-24 years. However, if you are over 25 years of age, POC will provide other resources to aid in your professional development. 

The following video is used for the purpose of explaining some of the qualifying factors to participate in the program. However, it must be understood that this program is not part of the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) which will be mentioned throughout the video. 

After completion of the video and form, if for any reason you do not qualify based on your responses, one of our Career Advisors will contact you to find other resources or determine other ways that may qualify you.
