Within ____ days after a Certificate of Completion has bee issued for a well a water sampling test shall be obtained

An injection well must meet internal mechanical integrity (which means no leaks) and shall be tested by the following methods:

Monitoring of the tubing-casing annulus pressure

Pressure testing with gas

Pressure testing with a liquid

Any method approved by the Department

Water supply wells may be cased to a depth less than 20 feet, if:

the only or best source of drinking water in the area exists between a depth of 10 and 20 feet below the surface of the land

using this source of water in the area is in the best interest of the public
