Guidelines for Professional Practice in Massage reviews the main competencies needed by a massage therapist to provide safe and effective massage treatments. This continuing education course covers the selection, use, and maintenance of massage equipment and supplies as well as practice cross infection control, hygiene, and sanitation. This CE program meets requirements for ethics, professional boundaries, and sexual misconduct.  Also covered are massage contraindications.  Upon completion of the course material and of the accompanying quiz, three (3) CEs are awarded with a certificate of completion for this continuing education program from American Health Source which is an NCBTMB approved CE provider.
