Welcome to this short survey. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you can take part anonymously if you'd like (just write "mind your own sodding business" or similar on the contact details page at the end). If you do leave your contact details, I will only use them to communicate with you about this project, and not for any other nonsense.
The survey will ask you to nominate inspiring women and/or events, who you think are worthy of having a cocktail and/or mocktail named after them. You'll be asked for a short description of why you think they should be included in the list.
The information will be used to generate ideas for a book to be published, with any profits being put into the HQ Brew project.
If you would like to nominate multiple women/events, please feel free to submit additional entries!
