Welcome to our Assessment Quiz. Please complete the following multiple-choice questions and essay questions and we will review the results. Thereafter, we may provide feedback if further clarification is necessary. Upon satisfactory results, the Shen Ren Qigong Center will provide you with a Certificate of Medical Qigong Training.

If you are eligible to receive Continuing Education Units through NCBAHM, we will forward your test results to NCBAHM and you may continue on their website for further instruction.
