Well, when I rang two computers this morning, they both had the discounted price, so I didn’t notice any until I got the $1200 dollar one, which didn’t provide the . So, I’m also not sure what the difference is.

Well, sorry for that point, but that doesn’t really help when we have screaming customers they get the price listed on the flyer; or they want a certain model for that price.

Again, we stated that anyone demanding the price on the flyer would be given a discount of 20%, but they wouldn’t be getting the door-crasher listed discount; and that you should with the manager immediately when you have these customers.

I’m sorry for missing those points too; and me for asking, but isn’t that just inviting and negative publicity. I mean I really dislike having to deal with angry customers.

I can understand your point, but we’re supposed to be customer service , and as such, we should be ready to deal with any type of complaints. I’m not very on them either, but these things happen.

Couldn’t we just the listed prices on the flyer to those customers that ask for it? I mean it’s only a hundred dollars, and I’m sure not every customer’s looking for that model, and more than anything, that would adhere to the “customer first” policy.

I'm with you both on that, but head office isn’t seeing eye to eye with us on that since it’s the latest model and we’re backed up with for it already.
