To start, I’m so grateful to be part of this Cash Survey for the customers. In my opinion, option A: I would like to maintain the use of cash would be much more beneficial for both banks and customers.

First and most importantly, I believe that this option would be best because there are places that only use cash.  For example, some charity events and businesses like ice cream trucks only accept cash.

 
Another important reason why this option would be better is because children would learn responsibility on how to spend money. As a result, they would become good money managers.

On the other hand however, I think option B: stopping the use of cash wouldn't be as effective because if there were cyber attacks on banks, clients would not be able to access their accounts or may lose money.

Overall, I strongly support the idea of keeping the habit of using cash as a payment method because of convenience, money management, and use during cyber attacks.
